Will AI replace my marketing team or my agency?
No. AI removes a lot of the grunt work, but strategy, brand judgment, and customer understanding still come from people. Treat AI as the third party that joins every project, not as the agency itself.
How do you decide what to automate vs. what stays manual?
We automate things that are repetitive, well-defined, and high-volume (reporting, basic creative variants, data pulls). We keep things manual when nuance, brand voice, or strategic judgment matters most.
Do you train models on our data?
Only with permission, and only on systems we control. We never feed proprietary client data into public models. Custom GPTs we build for you live in your account, on your infrastructure.
What kinds of AI tools do you actually use?
A mix of large language models (Claude, GPT, Gemini), image and video generation tools, automation platforms (Zapier, Make), and our own internal pipelines built on top of those APIs.
How long before we see results?
Workflow automation often pays back in weeks (faster reporting, faster turnarounds). AI-augmented creative typically takes 4 to 8 weeks of testing before we have enough data to know what's actually moving the needle.
